COVID-19 Updates, Guest Guidelines and Social Distancing
COVID-19 Response & Commitment
We are pleased to announce that we are open and accepting reservations!
We are hopeful that the pandemic will no longer impede your travel plans, and we have adopted flexible COVID-19 Policies to allow our guests to book with confidence.
For reservations arriving through December 31, 2021 - final payments will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
For reservations arriving anytime in 2022, the final payments will be due the normal 90 days prior to arrival.
The initial $200 down payment is non-refundable, or you may opt to move the reservation to a future date within the same calendar year. **If the resort is required to cancel your reservation, or a stay at home order is issued for your area, the payments are fully refundable.
Check-In and Social Distance Guidelines
- Please designate 1 (ONE) person from your party to check-in. Please allow for social distancing.
- All guests staying in the unit will need to be registered on the reservation. We require first and last names of all adults and first names and ages of all children, including infants.
- Check in time is at 4pm and may be delayed to allow for thorough cleaning.
The Fitness Center is open. Guests are asked to follow social distancing practices. Use of the Fitness Center is at your own risk.
Hand Sanitizer Stations are located throughout the property for your convenience.
Employee-Guest contact in units will be limited to essential services such as repairs or linen exchange. Any employee that enters an occupied unit has been instructed to wear a face covering while in the unit. Maid cleaning services may be limited during your stay.
