1. All online bookings are subject to a 7 night minimum. Off-seasonal booking of less than 7 nights are accepted in most units, but have to be placed with a live operator by calling (800) 237-5671 and are subject to restrictions.
2. Spring reservations booked online are only booked in 7 night increments and are required to arrive and depart on Saturdays.
3. Reservations booked online for the summer/fall and holiday/winter seasons must arrive on Saturday but are not required to be in 7 night increments.
4. Reservations in excess of 28 nights can not be booked online, anyone looking for more that 28 nights should call and speak to an operator at (800) 237-5671.
5. Promotions advertised online are not offered with online booking, any reservation with a promotional rate must be booked with a live agent.

1. All reservations booked online require payment of a $200 security deposit to place the reservation. Reservations booked within 90 days of the arrival require full payment of the security deposit, rent and all taxes and fees at the time of booking. Payment can be made with a Visa, American Express or MasterCard.
2. Cancellations of any reservations booked outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations of reservations booked within 90 days of arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee and the unit must be re-rented in order to qualify for a return of the rent and tax.
4. Changes made to any reservation booked online are subject to all normal reservation policies.
5. Reservations booked online that are within 90 days of the arrival can not be shortened and changes to the arrival or departure date are not guaranteed.
